Tarundeep Rai and Deepika Kumari maintained their top spots on the second day of the men and women recurve selection trials as 12 archers from each section made it to the one-on-one round robin engagement at the KIIT University ground.

Rai gathered 2721 points, while Deepika collected 2630 after the conclusion of eight 70m rounds on Thursday.

Three men crossed 2700, while Deepika was the lone woman to go past 2600 mark.
