Hima Das, M.R. Poovamma, Saritaben Gayakwad and Vismaya Velluva Koroth were part India's 4x400 women's relay team.

Hima Das returned from the Jakarta Asian Games with three medals but puts the mixed relay silver medal on the top.

"I enjoyed running in the mixed relay because earlier there was no mixed relay and for the first time such a new event has come in the Asian Games. So, even people after watching it enjoyed and we too enjoyed while running," India's new running sensation said.

Hima, however, emphasised on the point that her aim was to improve on timing and not medals.

"Felt good after winning one gold and two silver. For two medals I was sure because in relay India always wins a medal.

"But never thought of winning in 400 metres but my focus was on good timing and so the silver medal came."
