Asian champion Tajinder Pal Singh Toor came up with a 20.09m throw as he won the men's shot put silver in the V. Koci memorial athletics meet at Decin, Czech Republic on Saturday.

The host Czech Republic's Tomas Stanek, who was fourth in the last World championships in London two years ago, won the gold with 20.86m.
