Lin Dan defeated Anthony Sinisuka Ginting of Indonesia to enter the Swiss Open final on Saturday. The two-time Olympic Champion defeated Anthony 21-17, 21-17.
This will be Lin’s fourth Swiss Open final. He won the title in 2004 and 2008, before losing it Lee Chong Wei in the final in 2009.
In women's singles, China's Xiaoxin Chen defeated Fitriani Fitriani 21-17, 21-19.
In the first semifinal of women's doubles, Qingchen Chen and Yifan Jia of China defeated the Danish pair of Maiken Fruergaard and Sara Thygesen 21-12, 21-14.
In men's first semifinal, Biao Chai and Wei Hong defeated Hung Ling Chen and Wang Chi-Lin 17-21, 21-15, 21-18.
