junior championship as well as the NBA Academy.
"We are very excited to have Vaishnavi join the Lady Pirate family.
She will bring a wealth of experience and excitement for the upcoming
season", said the head coach Penny Belford of the Pensacola State
team.
More than anything, Vaishnavi will have the opportunity to attend the
Pensacola State University and pursue her education along with her
basketball career.
"I thank Indian basketball, NBA Academy Women’s Program and coach
Blair Hardiek for making this possible. I hope to take India to the
next level by learning all I can about the game and then sharing the
knowledge with other basketball players. I hope to inspire others to
work hard and go for their dreams", said Vaishnavi.
