Nets 98, Pistons 96

Brook Lopez capped a 29-point showing with a buzzer-beating jumper to give Brooklyn Nets a dramatic 98-96 victory over Detroit Pistons. Lopez made 13-of-24 from the field and saved his biggest shot for the final possession after Detroit's Tobias Harris forged a 96-96 deadlock with an eight-footer.

Caris LeVert added 15 points, K. J. McDaniels contributed 11 while Spencer Dinwiddie chipped in 10 and eight rebounds for Brooklyn. Harris scored 24 points for Pistons, which is 3-11 in its last 14 road games. Caldwell-Pope added 19 and Ish Smith contributed 16 for Detroit.

Raptors 122, Bulls 120 (OT)

DeMar DeRozan scored 42 points, including the go-ahead basket in overtime, for Toronto. The victory snapped Raptors' 11-game losing streak to Chicago, including two losses this season. The game was marred by a fight late in the third quarter between Bulls' Robin Lopez and Toronto's Serge Ibaka. Both were ejected. Lopez finished with 12 points and Ibaka had 16 points.

Warriors 112, Mavericks 87

Klay Thompson led a balanced attack with 23 points that included going 5-of-8 from beyond the arc as Golden State routed Dallas. Steph Curry recorded 17 points and nine assists to help Warriors win its fifth straight game. Golden State collected 34 assists on 43 baskets.

Mavericks was led by Dirk Nowitzki's 16 points and nine rebounds. Seth Curry, Steph's brother, had a disappointing evening, finishing with 10 points on 4-of-12 shooting.

Spurs 100, Timberwolves 93

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 26 points, and San Antonio overcame a nine-point half-time deficit to top Minnesota. Spurs swept the four-game season series with Timberwolves. Kawhi Leonard added 22 points to supplement Aldridge's big night, and Pau Gasol scored 11 points off the bench for San Antonio.

Karl-Anthony Towns had 25 points and 14 rebounds for Minnesota - his 53rd double-double of the season. Andrew Wiggins scored 22 points for Timberwolves.

Heat 112, Suns 97

Hassan Whiteside finished with 23 points and 14 rebounds to lead Miami Heat to a 112-97 win over Pheonix Suns. White also sustained a cut between his fingers and was getting stitches post-game. The win moved Heat one game ahead of Detroit for eighth in the Eastern Conference.

Pelicans 95, Grizzlies 82

DeMarcus Cousins had his breakout game with New Orleans, scoring a game-high 41 points, including nine in a decisive 21-0 third-quarter run, to power Pelicans. It was the most points Cousins scored since coming to New Orleans in a trade with Sacramento. Cousins added a game-high 17 rebounds as Pelicans won for the fifth time in six games.

Clippers 133, Lakers 109

Chris Paul scored 27 points, J. J. Redick contributed 24, and Clippers rolled past Lakers for the 13th time in 14 games. Austin Rivers had 18 points and Jamal Crawford added 15, including a three-pointer from 46 feet to end the third quarter, for Clippers. Blake Griffin had 12 points and eight assists, while DeAndre Jordan chipped in 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Bucks 93, Trail Blazers 90

Khris Middleton had 26 points and Milwaukee scored the final six points to defeat Portland. Giannis Antetokounmpo added 22 points and eight rebounds for Bucks, which won for the ninth time in its last 11 games.
