P. Hari Krishna maintained his unbeaten run in the Tata Steel Masters chess tournament by drawing with Russia’s Sergey Karjakin in the fourth round here on Tuesday.

Hari (2.5 points), overnight in the point second spot, slipped to tied-fourth after top seed Magnus Carlsen and in-form Wesley So won their games to reach three points.

Ukraine’s Pavel Eljanov (3.5 points) maintained his position at the top after beating B. Adhiban with black pieces in 56 moves. Wednesday is a rest day.
