BCCI announces parity in players' daily allowances

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has raised the daily allowance of the senior women team and India's Under-19 team to match the amount fixed for the senior India team.

The Board of Cricket for Cricket in India (BCCI) has raised the daily allowance of the senior women team and India's Under-19 team to match the amount fixed for the senior India team.

From now, all will get $125 per day on international tour and an equivalent of $100, in rupees per day, in the home series.

The decision was taken here in the Board’s Working Committee meeting which also approved the domestic tournament schedule, to be announced soon. Also approved were the proposed expenditures for the preparations of grounds, ground equipment and indoor academy for Meghalaya and Nagaland.
