The CoA had recognised Johri as its representative in Board meetings.

The Committee of Administrators (CoA) on Thursday slapped a notice to the Board for preventing CEO Rahul Johri from attending the Special General Meeting here on Wednesday.

The CoA had recognised Johri as its representative in Board meetings. The Board, however, cited the Supreme Court directive that only office-bearers be allowed to attend the meeting.

The Board had also stopped representative from Punjab and Orissa from attending the SGM since they were not office-bearers of their associations.
