TKR innings in progress (target: 78)

TKR 78/1 in 11.3 overs (Webster 41, Seifert 16): Target down to six and Seifert brings out the big hit to seal this! 10 out of 10 for TKR. A disappointing season for the Patriots comes to an end.

TKR 69/1 in 11 overs (Webster 40, Seifert 9): No real urgency with the batters as they deal in singles and doubles.

TKR 63/1 in 10 overs (Webster 38, Seifert 5): Just 4 runs from the over as the players and officials take a drinks break.

Left-arm seamer Archibald comes on for his first over.

TKR 59/1 in 9 overs (Webster 36, Seifert 3): Emrit gets the breakthrough. He goes around the wicket and angles the ball into Jangoo, and draws a thin edge behind to the 'keeper. Tim Seifert comes in at No. 3.

TKR 54/0 in 8 overs (Webster 34, Jangoo 19): The Knight Riders openers knocking off the target here without taking much risks. Joseph too going short, targetting the head of Webster, who chooses to let them go. Joseph ends the over with a full delivery and Webster swings hard at it as the ball sails over the long-on boundary for a six.

TKR 45/0 in 7 overs (Webster 27, Jangoo 17): Emrit varies his pace well and goes short to Webster, who struggles to get bat on them. Three runs from the over.

Skipper Riyad Emrit brings himself on.

TKR 42/0 in 6 overs (Webster 25, Jangoo 16): Short and down the leg side from Joseph, and Webster quickly gets on the pull to help the ball behind for a boundary. Short and wide to the left-handed Jangoo and he nails the square cut for a four.

Alzarri Joseph comes for his first over.

TKR 31/0 in 5 overs (Webster 20, Jangoo 11): Jaggesar bowls it on a half-volley length and wide which allows Jangoo to free his arms on the cover drive. The ball, however, stops short of the boundary and the batsmen complete a three. Jaggesar makes a good comeback and concedes just a single from the last 5 balls.

TKR 27/0 in 4 overs (Webster 19, Jangoo 8): Wesbster makes room and smahes a short ball straight down the ground for a four. Jangoo is working the singles and handing the strike back to Wbster. Khan follows Webster down the leg side but the batsman makes a good connection to the sweep behind short fine leg for another four.

TKR 17/0 in 3 overs (Webster 10, Jangoo 7): Off-spinner Jaggesar into the attack and starts with just a couple of singles from his over.

TKR 15/0 in 2 overs (Webster 9, Jangoo 6): Leg-spinner Imran Khan bowls the second over, and nearly dismisses Jangoo. Jangoo came forward to smother a delivery, it was a googly, it took the edge and the ball flew to the vacant slip. Two runs taken. Five from the over: two twos and a single.

TKR 10/0  after one over (Webster 9, Jangoo 1) : Two boundaries in the first over of the chase, including a streaky one by Webster. He tried to flick a delivery from Sheldon Cottrell to leg but got a leading edge and collected a boundary through point. Next delivery, it's down the leg side and Webster flicks again and picks up another boundary. Two singles as well, from the over.

STKNP 77 in 18.2 overs (Jaggesar 1): Full toss on the stumps from Anderson Phillip and Cottrell misses to see his stumps rearranged. All out for 77. The Knight Riders were in control right from ball one. Eight wickets for the spinners, two for the pacers in the end. Knight Riders look good for a 100 per cent record in the league stages.

STKNP 76/9 in 18 overs (Cottrell 0, Jaggesar 0): Swings and misses from Cottrell against Ali, But Ali will feel he would have missed an opportunity to clean up the final wicket with Cottrell exposing his stumps in search of runs. A maiden for Ali but a leg bye in the over.

STKNP 75/9 in 17 overs (Cottrell 0, Jaggesar 0): Welcome boundary for the Patriots as Joseph gets good connection on a short and wide ball down the ground for a six. WICKET! A fuller delivery and Joseph looks to go big again but ends up holding out to Phillip at long off.

Hosein returns for his final over of his spell.

STKNP 69/8 in 16 overs (Joseph 5): Bowled! Emrit gives the charge but ends up yorking himself and the ball gets an inside edge and ricochets off his pad to roll on to the stumps. Third wicket for Fawad. WICKET! Archibald is in and goes off immediately. He plays and misses to a googly but lifts his back leg for balance which allows Seifert to catch him short. Fawad gets four wickets to finish his spell.

Fawad comes on for his final over.

STKNP 65/6 in 15 overs (Emrit 12, Joseph 4): Anderson Phillip with just 2 runs from his opening over. Bowls five consecutive dot balls to Joseph after a double of the first ball.

STKNP 63/6 in 14 overs (Emrit 12, Joseph 2): Tambe finishes his spell with another tidy over and his figures read: 4-0-9-1

STKNP 62/6 in 13 overs (Emrit 12, Joseph 1): He immediately gets among the wickets as Ramdon looks to dispatch a short delivery for six but mistimes it to the long on fielder, Darren Bravo, who completes the catch on the boundary. Alzarri Joseph is the new batsman. Khan with a well-targetted short ball but Emrit gets a good connection on the pull and the ball sails behind square for a six.

Ali Khan, who is back in the line-up, gets a bowl out to test his fitness before the semifinals.

STKNP 52/5 in 12 overs (Ramdin 18, Emrit 4): Patriots trudge their way to fifty. A tidy over from Tambe, conceding just four runs from his over.

STKNP 48/5 in 11 overs (Ramdin 16, Emrit 2): First boundary in 39 balls for the Patriots as Ramdin slog sweeps Ahmed for a six to the shorter boundary.

STKNP 36/5 in 10 overs (Ramdin 5, Emrit 1): Let off in the wickets column as Ramdin and Emrit see through the over to the drinks break.

10th successive over of spin as Tambe bowls his 2nd over.

STKNP 33/5 in 9 overs (Ramdin 2, Emrit 0): WICKET! The TKR spinners are spinning a web around the Patriots. Five down inside nine overs. Imran didn't pick up the googly from Fawad and the ball strikes the pad.

STKNP 32/4 in 8 overs (Ramdin 2, Imran 0): WICKET! Tambe follows up his catch with a wicket of his own. He pins Da Dilva on the back leg with a quicker delivery and the umpire raises the finger. Imran Khan comes in at No. 6.

STKNP 31/3 in 7 overs (Ramdin 1, Da Silva 5): Pravin 'Jonty' Tambe! 48-years-old? No problem whatsoever as he runs in from short third man to complete a stunning diving catch to dismiss Dunk, who top-edged his reverse sweep. Dinesh Ramdin is the new batsman.

More spin: Here comes the leg spin of Fawad Ahmed.

STKNP 27/2 in 6 overs (Da Silva 3, Dunk 1): Lewis batting on 12 form 23 balls looks to up the scoring; goes hard on the spin against the spin and gets a top edge behind for the 'keeper. Lewis Dunk is the new batsman.

STKNP 23/1 in 5 overs (Lewis 10, Da Silva 2): Hosein adding to the pressure at the other end but Lewis finally cuts loose! After two dot balls, he picks up the length early, rocks back and deposits the ball into the banks for a six.

STKNP 14/1 in 4 overs (Lewis 3, Da Silva 1): Raza not affording any room for Lewis to cut loose. Five straight dot balls at him . Lewis is batting on 3 from 16 balls.

STKNP 13/1 in 3 overs (Lewis 3, Da Silva 0): Lynn dances down the track and smacks Hosein way over the long-on fielder for his first six! Hosein crams him for room but Lynn goes through with a wild swing and only manages to find the deep mid-wicket fielder. Lynn's disappointing tournament with the bat comes to an end. Joshua da Silva walks in at No. 3.

STKNP 6/0 in 2 overs (Lewis 2, Lynn 2): Both batsmen cautious in their approach. Pollard puts the pressure on them by standing under the lid at short leg.
