Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) Administrator Justice (Retd) Vikramajit Sen on Thursday announced GS Mathur and Company to conduct audit of the association.
“Fifteen proposals were received from reputed organization/firms which were opened on 16th May 2017. In consultation with Mr. I P Singh, the audit of the accounts of DDCA from 2012-2015 has been awarded to GS Mathur and Company,” Sen said in a statement.
According to the announcement, G S Mathur and Company has been requested to start the audit immediately and submit a report within three months.
Sen also called for an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of members of the DDCA on June 3 to adopt the Restated Articles of Association of the Company.
As per the orders of the High Court, Sen is authorised “to take all such steps and actions and give such directions as he may in his absolute discretion deem necessary and to settle any question that may arise in this regard, without being required to seek any further consent or approval of the members of the Company and to do all such acts, matters, deeds and things necessary or desirable in connection with or incidental to give effect to the above resolution.”
