All the matches at the Palam Ground were washed out because of rain.

Intermittent rains played spoilsport as all four league matches of the concluding round in Group E of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy ended in ‘no result’ at the Air Force Sports Complex here on Saturday.

All teams received two points each and the overnight standings remained unchanged. That paved the way for Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh (22 points each) into the 10-team Super League stage to be played at Indore.

Uttarakhand and Services finished with 18 points, Baroda followed with 14 while Pondicherry, Hyderabad and Tripura brought up the rear at six points.

The scores:

Baroda 76 for two in 12.1 overs (Kedar Devdhar 28) vs Uttar Pradesh. No result.

Maharashtra 50 for three in four overs vs Tripura. No result.

Hyderabad 57 for two in 4.5 overs (Tilak Varma 40 not out) vs Uttarakhand. No result.

Services 67 for two in 11 overs (Nakul Verma 31, Ravi Chauhan 25) vs Pondicherry. No result.
