Alex Carey's cameo of 38 runs off 27 balls took Australia close to the 300-run mark it initially looked like reaching. It feel 15 short and ended the innings for 285/7.

England soon found itself in more trouble. Mitchell Starc dismissed Joe Root and reduced Engalnd to 15/2 in 3 overs.
