India will largely rely on captain Prithvi Shaw.   -  ICC

8 Overs: 67/0

India beats Papua New Guinea (PNG) by 10 wickets. Prithvi Shaw (57) spearheaded the chase with another half-century as India made it two wins in a row in this competition. PNG was never in the game and surrendered meekly.India's Anukul Roy, who claimed his career best figures, was the pick of the bowlers. Prithvi Shaw's boys will lock horns with Zimbabwe next on Friday.

5 Overs: 35/0

Shaw relying on pure timing as he races to 29 off 26 deliveries. India making light work of this chase at the moment. It requires another 30 runs from 45 overs.

1st Over: 7/0

A delightful shot off the backfoot from Shaw as India gets its first runs on the board. The conditions are slightly better than what they were two hours ago; however the steady breeze persists!

Captain Prithvi Shaw to open the innings with Manjot Kalra. This should be a walk in the part for India! Sema Kamea to start proceedings with the new ball.

India innings

And the inevitable has happened! PNG all out for 64 as Anukul Roy grabs his maiden 5-for (14 for 5). It has been India all the way this innings, with Arshdeep, Mavi and Nagarkoti troubling the batters with pace and swing. Just when things seemed to be falling in place for PNG, in came Roy and ran through the middle order with spin and bounce. India needs 65 to make it two wins from two games.

20 Overs: 63/8

Indian bowlers running amok with the ball. PNG has lost more wickets than runs scored in the last five overs - four for only two runs as Roy bagged his third; Tau departing for a duck.

PNG has been outskilled here!

And PNG is falling apart like nine pins! Nagarkoti bowls an unplayable yorker to send Morea back to the dressing room. PNG 63/7.

Sam follows suit, hits one straight down the fielder's throat at mid-on. Roy gets his second. PNG 62/6.

Roy goes through Arua's defence, PNG has lost half its side now. That was flatter and on a shortish length,Arua would've been better off playing that towards long-off but he tried to play that square and lost his off stump in the process.

15 Overs: 61/4

Left-arm seamer Arshdeep Singh and spinner A.S. Roy tighten the noose.  Two new batters at the crease for PNG as it finds runs hard to come by. Arshdeep could've had a second but for a dropped chance!

A little more of those skyscrapers and fewer red dots shall put a smile on PNG's face.   -  ICC

Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves but

 here are the score projections: 207 @ Current Run Rate | 279 runs @ 6 RPO | 356 runs @ 8 RPO (Credits: ICC)

Things looking as gloomy as the weather for PNG as Karaho nicks one to the keeper. Arshdeep Singh gets a first wicket off his first over. PNG 42/4.

10 Overs: 40/3

25 runs have come from the last five overs, as Mavi and Nagarkoti bowled an incisive first spell comprising pace and swing; however, wicket-keeper Juyal missing a simple run-out chance in the eighth over. PNG scoring at 4 runs an over and the going looks difficult; the wickets column adding to its woes.

One wicket brings another! And that's a fielder's wicket. Boy, Nagarkoti's a livewire in the field; catches Atai short of his crease with a direct hit at the bowler's end - great pick up and release there from the fast bowler! PNG 26/3.

Another one bites the dust! Mavi gets rid of Toua with a vicious inswinging yorker. PNG 26/2.

5 overs: 15/1

Mavi and Nagarkoti are giving nothing away at the moment. Pace. Swing. Bounce. It's all happening here at Mount Maunganui. India on the attack with two slips and a gully. Meanwhile, PNG batsmen struggling to get bat on ball. Suffice to say, that was a good toss to win for India.

PNG 13/1

Gone! Mavi draws first blood for India. A beauty from Manvi traps Mahuru in front - beaten for pace and bounce there, not to mention the huge inward movement.

There's a strong wind blowing across the ground. The natural away movement of the ball notwithstanding, both Indian bowlers are working up good pace here, making life difficult for the openers.

1st Over: PNG 2/0

Simon Atai and Mahuru are at the crease - the duo see off the first over.
