Injured Saha ruled out of Mumbai Test: report

India's wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha has been reportedly ruled out of the upcoming Test in Mumbai due to injury. Parthiv Patel is set to play in his absence again.

Wriddhiman Saha is likely to make way for Parthiv Patel in the fourth Test in Mumbai as well, according to a report by Mumbai Mirror . Saha has reportedly not recovered from a thigh strain that kept him out of the >third Test in Mohali .

Parthiv made a fine comeback to international cricket in Mohali, scoring 42 and 67 in two innings in India’s eight wicket victory over England.

The Indian team management has decided to go in with an unchanged squad for the upcoming Test. “With the Ranji Trophy going on, it was felt that the squad should not be packed with too many players,” a member of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) was quoted as saying by Mumbai Mirror .

The fourth Test begins on Thursday. India leads the five-match series 2-0.
