India opener Rohit Sharma, on Monday, recorded his seventh 150-plus score, the next best being Tendulkar and David Warner who have five each.

Rohit hammered 162 off 137 balls, including 20 boundaries and four sixes as he bludgeoned his way to a 21st ODI hundred — his second of the series.

Although the Mumbai right-hander fell 38 short of what would have been a fourth double century, he is now second on the list of most ODI sixes hit by Indian batsmen.

Rohit, after his innings at the CCI, has 196 sixes from 186 innings and is bettered only by former India captain M.S. Dhoni, who has 218 from 280 innings.

Rohit also became the first player to score a hundred at the Brabourne cricket stadium.
