Barinder Sran fined for inappropriate behaviour

The left-arm medium-pacer of Sunrisers Hyderabad was fined 10 per cent of his match fee by the match referee for inappropriate behaviour during the match against Mumbai Indians.

Barinder Sran, left-arm medium-pacer of Sunrisers Hyderabad, was fined 10 per cent of his match fee by the match referee for inappropriate behaviour deemed contrary to the spirit of the game, according to an IPL media release on Tuesday.

Sran admitted to the Level I offence (Article 2.1.7) of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials) and accepted the sanction.

For such breaches of Code of Conduct, Match Referee’s decision is final and binding.
