Gujarat Lions allrounder Dwayne Bravo was reprimanded by the Match Referee for showing dissent at the umpire’s decision during his team’s three-wicket win over Mumbai Indies in an IPL match at the Wankhede Stadium. “Bravo admitted to the level 1 offence (Article 2.1.5 of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials) and accepted the sanction,” an IPL release said.

West Indies’ Bravo took one wicket for 39 runs in his four overs, while scored just 2 off 6 balls before being caught by Parthiv Patel off Jasprit Bumrah.

His team Gujarat Lions has won all three of its matches so far, the final one off the last ball of the match.
