IPL: Rajasthan Royals open academy in UK

Former Surrey cricketer Keith Medlycott, who is the cricket professional at Reed's School, Surrey, is a mentor at the facility.

Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals opened a cricket academy at Reed's School in Surrey, expanding its wings to the United Kingdom.

Shane Warne, the brand ambassador of Rajasthan Royals, was a part of the session as children slugged it out in the nets with various drills and training session.

Warne also plied his trade as a player for Rajasthan Royals for three years before donning the hats of a coach and a mentor.
