The stadium will host all the seven home matches.

The pact was made in the presence of RCA President C.P. Joshi, Chairman Ranjeet Barthakur and Rajasthan Sports Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar.

Earlier, the RCA had been given a deadline of March 5, by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), to complete the pending work at the stadium. The officials had been visiting the venue to monitor the progress.

"The joint efforts of RCA helped in terminating the dry patch and resolve the issues with BCCI. Finally ‘acche din’ for cricket are back,” Joshi told IANS.

"The entire team is quite excited to play its next innings in Jaipur as it has earned immense laurels here. They have the credit of winning the first IPL here, which speaks volumes of the kind of emotional relationship they share with the stadium,” said Khimsar.
