IPL 2019: All-round Punjab beats Rajasthan by 12 runs

IPL 2019: Rajasthan Royals skipper Ajinkya Rahane's partnership with Mohammed Shami, and Ravichandran Ashwin fashioned a 12-run win for Kings XI Punjab.

Rahul Tripathi hit his maiden fifty in this edition of the IPL. He reached the landmark with a single off Ashwin. Tripathi struck four boundaries during his 45-ball 50. The 28-year-old, who had led Maharashtra to the Syed Mushtaq Ali final in March earlier this year, scored 289 runs in 10 matches including three fifties and had been in good touch coming into this year's IPL.  Photo: IPL
