Rishabh Pant struck an unbeaten 36-ball 78 including four sixes and six fours to make light work of Rajasthan Royals' total. Shikhar Dhawan gave the early impetus, with a 27-ball 54 as Delhi chased down the total with four balls to spare and zoomed to the top of the points table.

Shreyas Gopal picked up two wickets for 47, removing openers Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw. Gopal, who now has 12 wickets from 10 matches at an economy rate of 7.02, is currently the highest wicket-taker for the Rajasthan Royals.

Shikhar Dhawan scored a quickfire 54 off 27 balls including two sixes and eight fours, adding 72 for the first wicket with Prithvi Shaw to get Delhi's chase off to a flying start.

Rajasthan Royals' Ajinkya Rahane struck his second IPL century in the match against the Delhi Capitals in Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium. He reached the landmark off 58 balls with a brace off Ishant Sharma. Rahane hit 11 fours and three sixes during his innings which propelled Rajasthan to 191/6.

Steve Smith's 50 coupled with Ajinkya Rahane's 100 helped Rajasthan Royals to 191/6 at the end of 20 overs. Smith hit eight fours during his knock which lasted for 32 balls. This was the Aussie right-hander's second half-century of the season; his first being against the Kolkata Knight Riders which was also his first T20 half-century since August 2018.
