Kings XI Punjab bowling coach Ryan Harris hopes that the team can execute the plans well when it takes on Sunrisers Hyderabad in a must-win Indian Premier League fixture here.

“We know every game from now on is crucial, if we can get three wins we should be in the play-offs,” Harris said on Sunday. “We did play well at home in the last game and hope to carry on the momentum in the coming games."

“The wicket looks good with a little bit of grass on it and not sure whether it will be taken off or not. It should be reasonably high scoring match of 180-plus scores. It is a beautiful ground and the conditions are great,” he said.

Speaking about Sunrisers' top gun, David Warner, Harris said: "We make sure the plans execution is top notch tomorrow night. Warner is a smart batsman who when not hitting boundaries runs really hard for those twos and threes."

“We need to take early wickets to get quickly to the middle-order (of SRH) which suffered from the top-order doing so well in this IPL,” Harris said.

On whether SRH bowling is not as good as it was last year, the Kings XI Punjab bowling coach refused to make any comments except saying that like all IPL teams they have dangerous bowlers the like world class Bhuvneshwar Kumar leading the attack. “They can come at us tomorrow,” he said.

“Everyone is excited, nervous but not worried about the big games. They are looking forward to tomorrow’s game,” Harris concluded.
