Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) has acquired the services of Delhi Daredevils’ batsman Mayank Agarwal for Indian Premier League 2017.
The second Trading Window for the IPL 2017, which is open from January 13th to 20th, 2017, saw the first trade of the season.
Agarwal will boost Pune's batting, and provide them more options for the opening slot.
In the IPL, his big moment came in 2012 when he smashed an unbeaten 64 off 30 balls, facing the likes of Lasith Malinga, Harbhajan Singh and RP Singh while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
The former RCB batsman, who is a regular in the Karnataka squad in the domestic circuit, had been part of the DD dressing room since 2014.
