Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli has been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during his team's Indian Premier League match against Chennai Super Kings in Bengaluru on Wednesday.
He has been fined Rs. 12 lakh because it was RCB's first offence of the season under the IPL's Code of Conduct related to minimum over-rate offences.
Kohli scored 18 in RCB's five-wicket defeat as CSK chased down the target of 206 set by the host team.
