The Indian bowling attack, led by Manshi Joshi's three for 16, bundled Sri Lanka out for 98 after the host won the toss and chose to bat first. A target of 99 was never going to faze a strong Indian batting line-up and, led by Smriti Mandhana, the visitor overhauled the small target in 19.5 overs. India women go 1-0 up in the three-match series.
