What will happen in a time bound manner once the Committee of Administrators come into existence
1. Implementing the recommendations at the BCCI and State associations.
2. Inform the changes in MOA and Rules and Regulations to authorities in Chennai that oversees the Tamil Nadu Society’s Registration Act.
3. Make Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Uttarakhand full members with voting rights.
4. Identify one voting member between Mumbai, Vidarbha and Maharashtra from the State of Maharashtra and one voting member between Gujarat, Baroda and Saurashtra from the State of Gujarat, all to adhere to the one State, one member, one vote rule.
5. Facilitate the formation of the Players associations at national and State level. The Lodha Committee had recommended that a steering committee consisting of G.K. Pillai, Former Union Home Secretary (Chairperson), Mohinder Amarnath, Ms.Diana Edulji and Mr. Anil Kumble.
6. Bring into place the Apex Council at the BCCI and State level consisting of five elected office-bearers (President, Vice, President, Secretary, Jt. Secretary and Treasurer) and one elected from among the BCCI members, one male and female representative nominated by the players association and a nominee of the CAG office.
7. Bringing into effect the conflict of interest rules.
8. Appointment of Ethics Officer, Electoral officer and Ombudsman.
9. Putting in place the new IPL Governing Council.
10. Registering Player Agents.
