The India U-19 team inched towards a clean sweep after dismissing Sri Lanka for 316 in its first innings and then reducing the host to 47 for three at stumps, having enforced the follow-on, on the penultimate day of the second ‘Youth Test’ here on Thursday.

Left-arm medium pacer Mohit Jangra bagged four for 76 while Yatin Mangwani, Ayush Badoni and Siddharth Desai scalped two wickets each to wrap up the host’s innings at 316 in 114.3 overs. Overnight batsman P. Sooriyabandara hit 115, while G.S. Dinusha scored 51 and Sandun Mendis 49.
