Alisson blunder sets Twitter on fire

Liverpool managed to win at Leicester City thanks to goals from Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, but Twitterati took a dig Alisson's howler that gifted a goal to Leicester City.

When Liverpool signed Alisson Becker from AS Roma for £67 million, it was a moment of jubilation for Liverpool fans because it meant that it is the end of Anfield days for much-maligned goalkeeper Loris Karius whose mistakes in the Champions League final cost the Reds dearly.

But during Saturday's 2-1 win against Leicester City, the 25-year old tried to turn away from Kelechi Iheanacho following a poor back pass from Virgil Van Dijk but lost the ball, gifting Leicester with a goal, sending Twitter into a frenzy. Though Liverpool managed to keep The Foxes from scoring another goal, betting sites and rival fans took to Twitter to poke fun at the Brazilian and Liverpool.
