Gokulam Kerala’s singing spree continues. The city-based club’s latest recruit is the Trinidad and Tobago midfielder Nathaniel Garcia.

The 26-year-old is, in fact, the third Trinidadian to join Gokulam, after Marcus Joseph, who has been red hot form in early season, and Andre Ettienne.

In 2017, Garcia left Central FC and joined Point Fortin Civic FC and will now be playing for Gokulam Kerala FC.

“I am really happy to sign for Gokulam Kerala FC,” said Garcia, who has played for his national side.

“I will help the club to achieve more during my time at the club. I have heard lot about Kerala and its football fans from Marcus Joseph. I am happy to be with Andre and Marcus. They are my good friends and I am impatient to play along with them.”

The club’s CEO, V.C. Praveen, said it was a policy to bring in quality foreign players. “Nathaniel is a very good player,” he said. “I hope he could help us win more titles.”
