ISL: FC Pune City signs two internationals in transfer window

ISL side FC Pune City has signed Spanish defender Manuel Jesus Ortiz Toribio and Austrian Marko Stankovic for the remainder of the season.

FC Pune City has roped in two new international players in the second international transfer window of the AIFF starting from January 15 to February 16.

Spanish defender Manuel Jesus Ortiz Toribio, also known as ‘Lolo’ and Austrian midfielder Marko Stankovic have joined the ISL side, and will be available for selection ahead of its match against ATK.

Lolo, 33, is a product of Sevilla's youth system. He has had stints with clubs across Spain including Sevilla and Malaga and now arrives from Hercules CF. Thirty-one-year-old Stankovic on the other hand, spent all of his career in Austria and was last seen in action for SV Ried.

FCPC has released Damir Grgic and Robertino Pugliara.
