Online events booking website Bookmyshow, on Friday, confirmed that the tickets for the Hero Indian Super League Season three final between Kerala Blasters and Atletico de Kolkata have been sold-out. But travelling fans are now worried if they will be able to watch the highly-anticipated encounter after Bookmyshow sent an sms to all the ticket holders asking them to collect the tickets from its counters in Kochi by today evening.

A message sent in the morning read: "Due to police restrictions, counters (where one can exchange the online printout for match tickets) will not be operational on match day. We highly suggest you to collect your online tickets for "ISL Final 2016" (December 18, 2006) today in advance till 7 p.m. from online ticket counters at Ambedkar Stadium, Shenoys, Ernakulam, Kerala."
The sudden decision has left many fans, who were planning to reach on Sunday, in a dilemma. The website's call centre has been giving mixed responses. When contacted initially, the customer care executive told us that arrangements will be made at the Ambedkar Stadium to aid the fans coming on Sunday.
Yet, later in the day, the website sent out another message saying the the closing time to pick up tickets at the Ambedkar Stadium has been extended to 9 p.m., while reiterating that no counters will be open on match-day.
The customer executive informed us that security "tore down its counters" and asked us to get the online tickets through friends or relatives in Kochi. With confusion still looming over the ticket collection process, fans are now worried if they will miss out on the final-day action.
