Miku, Bengaluru FC part ways

Miku will not continue with Bengaluru FC, the Indian Super League club confirmed with a farwell post for the star forward.

There were rumours that the forward wanted to play in Mexico. According to a report in a Spanish agency, Miku's agent claimed he had offers from clubs in Paraguay and the Major League Soccer in the USA.

 

While it is not clear where Miku is headed, Bengaluru FC confirmed his departure with a 'Thank you' note on social media.

BFC's goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu also wished his farewell to the star striker.

 

The Venezuelan  was a crucial member of the franchise right since its inception in the Indian Super league.

He scored 15 goals in the debut season for Bengaluru FC, helping the team reach the final. Though his campaign in the 2018-19 season was cut-short by injury, the 33-year-old still proved to be a kep player, scoring five goals and four assists.
