Successful season

The 29-year-old, who first arrived at the club in January 2017, has gone on to cement his place as right-back. He continued to impress this season before picking up an injury in an AFC Cup away clash in Maldives. The defender has made 19 appearances in all competitions this season and was a ubiquitous figure in the Blues’ backline which conceded the least amount of goals in the league phase of the Indian Super League (ISL).
