Railways, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh progressed to the quarterfinals of the Senior Women's National Football Championship in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday.
Railways dominated Group A and Madhya Pradesh led Group B - both with seven points each.
Tamil Nadu (Group C) maintained a hundred per cent record, along with Odisha (Group E), Manipur (Group G) and Arunachal Pradesh (Group H).
Himachal Pradesh was the table topper in Group D with one win, while Jharkhand qualified from Group F.
- Jharkhand qualifies after a coin toss -
Jharkhand's qualification in the last eight was decided on a coin toss it was tied on points and goal difference with Punjab in Group F.
The number of wins, losses and draws were also same, and the two teams also conceded and scored equal number of goals.
No decision on head-to-head could be made either as they played out a 1-1 draw earlier. No yellow or red cards were registered in their matches either.
Jharkhand won the coin toss and progressed to the quarterfinals.
