Sergio Garcia served up a treat at the Masters last year and the Spaniard has come up with a mouth-watering menu for the Champions Dinner at Augusta.

Garcia donned the green jacket after ending his wait for an elusive first major 12 months ago, beating Justin Rose in a tense play-off.

It is a tradition for the defending champion to choose the menu for an annual dinner in the clubhouse at one of the most famous golf courses in the world in Georgia ahead of the first major of the year.

Garcia has gone with an international salad inspired by ingredients representing countries of previous Masters champions to start, followed by a traditional Spanish lobster rice dish.

The prestigious diners can then look forward to tucking into Angela's Tres Leches Cake, a Mexican dessert Garcia's wife makes.

They will also sample fine Spanish wines during an evening which should whet the appetite for the rest of the week.
