Pune City's Diego Carlos was sent off for violent conduct by referee Pranjal Banerjee against Goa.

FC Pune City player Diego Carlos De Olivera has been suspended for three matches and fined INR two lakhs for breach of AIFF Disciplinary Code Article 48 ‘Serious Infringements’ and Article 49 ‘Misconduct against opponents or persons other than match officials’.

Carlos was shown a direct red card for a bad foul on Seriton Fernandes of FC Goa on October 28.

The AIFF Disciplinary Committee, based on the referee’s report, has further sanctioned a two match suspension and a financial penalty in addition to the one match automatic suspension for the red card.

H aving already served one match suspension against Kerala Blasters,  Carlos will not be available for selection in tomorrow's game against Chennayin FC and for the trip to ATK on November 10.
