After edging past Gujarat Fortunegiants in its previous encounter, Tamil Thalaivas' raider K. Prapanjan hopes his team will "win all the remaining matches."
Gujarat controlled proceedings for the major part of the contest before a spirited performance from Thalaivas' captain Ajay Thakur tilted the scales in its favour.

Sharing his experience, Prapanjan who contributed nine points as his team held on for a last-gasp win, said, "The first half, we performed very miserably after which I had an elaborate chat with our captain Ajay Thakur."
Prapanjan, who has 64 points from 13 matches this season, added: "He (Thakur) asked us not to lose hope and kept pushing us to do better. That really motivated all of us and eventually, we won the game.
"It has been happening over the last couple of ties - that's the secret of our success."
Playing its debut season this year, Thalaivas could perhaps be forgiven for its lacklustre show on the mat. However, Prapanjan reckons the team has only now started to come into its elements. "We know what our strengths and weaknesses are. We've also understood how our opponents play, so we're going to plan accordingly," he said.

At six feet and three inches, Prapanjan is easily one of the tallest players in the league. Asked if his height held him in good stead, the 24-year-old said, "It is quite advantageous to be tall in any sport and especially in Kabaddi - I also have a very good physique which helps my game."
The Thakur-led Thalaivas, which sits at the bottom of Pool B with 32 points from 13 games, would be hoping to put up an impressive show when it kicks off its home leg against Puneri Paltan at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor stadium here on Friday.
