Mathias Boe: Life is what you make it

If not a badminton player, I would have been a footballer or a tennis player, says Denmark’s Mathias Boe.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

It makes you happy if you are 100 per cent involved in one thing in life. It can be your job, your hobby etc.

Life is what you make it.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Las Vegas.

My psychologist.

What are your earliest memories of playing badminton?

I remember playing against my dad.

What are the other sports that you play?

Tennis and soccer.

Olympic semifinal in London 2012.

Don’t really have any. It’s from the hard moments that you learn the most.
