INDIAN Test batsman Rahul Dravid said he hopes to play with the Scottish Saltires for another season. The 30-year-old joined the National Cricket League team earlier this year and has collected three centuries and two half-centuries in nine games.

"All things considered, if it's possible, I would definitely like to come back next year," Dravid said. "Everyone has been very friendly and made me feel very welcome."

Besides playing, Dravid has toured Scotland, giving lessons to young players. "It's a beautiful part of the world," he said. "It's a lovely country. I intend to buy a kilt before I leave, and I'll probably wear it at home in Bangalore."

Dravid would have to get permission from Indian cricket authorities before signing for another year.
