Four Russian athletes sanctioned by IOC

The sanctioned athletes are two Russian bobsledders, Olga Stulneva and Sochi 2014 gold medallist Aleksandr Zubkov, and two Russian speed skaters, Sochi 2014 silver medallist Olga Fatkulina and Aleksander Rumyantsev.

The International Olympic Committee clamped down on four atheltes for doping offenses after the Oswald Commission published new findings in a report on Friday.

The sanctioned athletes are two Russian bobsledders, Olga Stulneva and Sochi 2014 gold medallist Aleksandr Zubkov, and two Russian speed skaters, Sochi 2014 silver medallist Olga Fatkulina and Aleksander Rumyantsev.

More hearings concerning other athletes will be held over the next few weeks.
