All Russian athletes left off the eligibility list for next month's Winter Games had "serious indications" of doping in their history, the head of the International Olympic Committee said on Wednesday.

All Russian athletes left off the eligibility list for next month's Winter Games had "serious indications" of doping in their history, the head of the International Olympic Committee said on Wednesday.

A day after three top Russian Olympians were banned from Pyeongchang 2018, despite having no public doping violations, Olympic boss Thomas Bach said that IOC experts were only excluding people based on "serious indications by different sources" of a doping past.
