World cadet ch'ship: India wins three more medals

Swapnil Shelar, Ravinder Singh and Viky won bronze medals to cap off India's World cadet championship campaign on a high.

Indian freestyle wrestlers won three more medals to end the World cadet championship in Tblisi, Georgia, on a high.

Swapnil Shelar settled for the bronze medal after losing to Zagir Shakhiev of Russia 0-10 in the 46kg final.

Ravinder Singh beat home challenger Amiran Vakhtangashvili 11-0 and Viky defeated Ashot Rushanyan of Armenia 3-0 to claim bronze medals in 54kg and 100kg respectively.

Earlier, Deepak Punia (85kg freestyle) and Manisha (38kg women) had clinched gold medals, while Mansi (40kg) and Anshu (60kg) had collected silver and bronze medals respectively.
