Shrikrishna wins men's National billiards title

The 19-year-old outclassed Dhvaj Haria of PSPB 5-0 (154-116, 150-128, 152-25, 151-38, 152-140) in the final. Shrikrishna had earlier won the junior boys' billiards crown.

Tamil Nadu's S. Shrikrishna clinched his maiden men's billiards title in the National cue sports championships in Indore on Thursday. The 19-year-old outclassed Dhvaj Haria of PSPB 5-0 (154-116, 150-128, 152-25, 151-38, 152-140) in the final. Shrikrishna had earlier won the junior boys' billiards crown.

Sixteen-year-old Anupama Ramachandran bagged the sub-junior girls' billiards title with a 240-74 victory over State-mate Mariam Agnish. Anupama is a Std. XII student of Vidya Mandir (Chennai).
