Lasha Talakhadze competes during the men's +105kg weightlifting contest.

Georgian weightlifter Lasha Talakhadze set a combined world record of 473kg to claim the gold medal in the +105kg category weightlifting at the Rio Olympics on Tuesday.

Silver went to Gor Minasyan of Armenia and another Georgian, Irakli Turmanidze, took bronze.
