Curry set to play golf with Spieth

Having played at Augusta National last month, Stephen Curry is seemingly set to go one-on-one with world number one Jordan Spieth.

Reigning NBA MVP Curry produced another typically prolific display in a stunning season, helping the Warriors to a 130-112 win over the Dallas Mavericks with 31 points on Friday.

The victory moved Golden State to 62-6 on the season as they aim to break the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls' record of 72 regular-season wins.

Dallas native and two-time major winner Spieth, who is set to defend his Masters title at Augusta next month, was in attendance at the American Airlines Center.

And, after meeting up following the Warriors' win, the pair agreed to play some holes when the NBA season finishes.

A post on Curry's Instagram page read: "Solid win tonight in Dallas. Finally got to chop it up with my#UA family @JordanSpieth. Inspiring guy! We agreed on 5 shots when we get to play this summer. He's definitely shorting me but it's all good."
