New Zealand head coach Mike Hesson was vary of England ahead of his team's semifinal clash against it.

Mike Hesson believes all four teams remaining in the World Twenty20 are capable of winning the title and the New Zealand head coach is wary of the threat posed by England in the semi-finals.

New Zealand has not won a major global trophy for 16 years, but the Black Caps are just two victories away from being crowned World T20 champions for the first time.

Hesson's side won all four Super 10 matches to reach the last four and is the only unbeaten side in the tournament.

England reeled off three wins in a row to set up a clash against it in Delhi on Wednesday, with host India and West Indies contesting the other semi-final.

Hesson feels any of the four sides are capable of lifting the trophy at Eden Gardens on Sunday if they play to their potential.

"There are four very strong sides that have all adapted best to the conditions and have match winners throughout the side," Hesson said.

"Anyone of those four could win it."

England beat New Zealand in a warm-up match before the tournament and Hesson knows it has the quality to go all the way.

He said: "They're a dangerous side. They bat very deep and they've got batsmen that score all around the ground.

"When they put you under pressure, it's difficult to contain. Taking wickets throughout is important and obviously the way we play their spinners will be important as well."
