Herbert, Mahut win Wimbledon men's doubles

Top seeds Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut won the Wimbledon men's doubles title on Saturday with a 6-4, 7-6 (7/1), 6-3 win over French compatriots Julien Benneteau and Edouard Roger-Vasselin.

Top seeds Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut won the Wimbledon men's doubles title on Saturday with a 6-4, 7-6 (7/1), 6-3 win over French compatriots Julien Benneteau and Edouard Roger-Vasselin.

It was the second Grand Slam title for the top-ranked pair after their triumph in the 2015 US Open.
