Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan won his second doubles title of the season as he in partnership with Franko Skugor of Croatia beat Rameez Junaid of Australia and Lukas Rosol of the Czech Republic 6-3, 6-2 in the doubles final of the €64,000 Challenger tennis tournament in Ostrava.
Jeevan, who had won the Chennai Open ATP title with Rohan Bopanna at the start of the season, had made the final of the Dallas Challenger earlier in the season.
The title was worth 90 ATP points and €3,950.
In the ITF women’s event in Thailand, Ramya Natarajan, Nidhi Chilumula and Kyra Shroff failed to progress much in the qualifying event.
