Former World No. 1 Ana Ivanovic's fitness secret's to steer clear of fats.

Fuelled by a fat-free diet, the tennis diva couldn’t help rave about the fare served by The ON Project. "It is so healthy and tasty. Especially before our performance, we need food that is light yet nutrition- filled. Personally I liked their Soba noodles with vegetables, mushroom and chicken," she said.

Harsh Dixit, Chef and Co-founder at The ON Project, said: "The Chinese 5 spice rubbed grilled chicken breast with stir fry Soba noodles and vegetables is tossed in low sodium soy sauce. It's a mix of five whole spices such as cinnamon, cloves, star anise, aniseed and Sichuan pepper. These are blended together and ground fresh, the entire process being in-house."

Heading back to Basel, Switzerland, her home away from home, she had a parting request for the culinary champs. She wanted three containers of chia seed portage, two bottles of raw cinnamon spiced almond butter and two bottles of raw hazelnut and chocolate butter.

"Pre-match meals were high on carbs that helped sustain their cardio-oriented game while those after helped them recover,” said Mohit Savargaonkar, also a Chef at The ON Project.
